     Since April 2009 : Strategic Program Director for the Finance Information System re-engineering
    • Directly reporting to the CEO.
    • Structured the program and launched it after a diagnosis and partner selection phase. Managed CFO & CIO alignment.
    • Managed planning, budget (+8M€) and team (40 + individuals).
    • Designed the target information system landscape, based on a major upgrade to R12 of the Oracle e-business suite ERP, the implementation of the Hyperion Software suite for consolidation and budgeting/ forecasting.
    • Deployed the system to all group entities (US, Japan, Germany).
    • Successfully managed change to transform the Finance organization to a process-oriented service provider role, with customer focus and commitment on service levels.

    • Aligned the information system with the business strategy through the strategic IS roadmap.
    • Delivered the roadmap through the management of the IS projects portfolio.
    • Delivered daily support to the operationals according to service level agreements.
    • Re-organized the IS department to cope with industry best-practices (ITIL – awarded best French ITIL project in 2007 by itSMF, CMMI). Achieved 80% cycle time reduction in application changes development requests.
    • Achieved 5 to 15% savings per year on recurring IT costs.
    • Re-visited the sourcing strategy, to cope with group extension.
    • Managed 20+ people and realigned their skills and objectives.

    2003 - 2005 CSIF is the IT dept of the second largest retail group in the world – 1200 employees – 400 M€ annual IT budget for France.
     Manager of the Transportation Information Systems for FRANCE (Budget = 8M€ / year : Inbound & outbound transport management : 10000+ suppliers, 140 warehouses, 9000 retail stores)
    • Managed the existing applications to support business according to the service level agreements.
    • Structured the program to align the transportation IS with strategic business objectives (+20 M€ program budget).
    • Aligned transportation IS with overall Supply Chain (warehousing) re-engineering program.
