    Blagnac 2009 - 2010 Projects Astra, Kahsat, Yahsat: manufacturing of 7 satellites – cost: 2,5 billions
    - Creation and follow-up of level 1,2,3 EPCC schedules
    - Management of 3 schedulers working on level 3 schedule in cleanness-room.
    - Reporting to projects managers and space programs direction.
    - Risks and critical path analysis.
    - Schedules update in real time from assembly phase to launch in orbit.
    - Management of mounting/dismounting orders.

    Results: Reorganization of the data flow around Primavera. Schedules with 84% of reliability in Engineering & Procurement phases and 92% in Commissioning and Construction phases.

    TOULOUSE 2007 - 2009 Projects Yahsat 1A and 1B – cost: 1,2 billion
    - Engineering, procurement and construction follow-up and scheduling of on board equipments and antennas for 2 satellites.
    - Assist customers: military, civil and governmental teams located in Canada, France and United Arab Emirates.
    - KPI creation for assembling and final documentation.
    - Creation and update of assembly detailed schedules.
    - NCR Follow-up.

    Results: Creation of shared database synchronized with Thales’s tools. Significant increase of productivity.
    86% of reliability for construction phase.
  • MECAPROTEC - AERONAUTIC PRODUCTION UNIT MANAGER
