    Setting-up (from scratch) and management of Gravograph industrial activity in China. Scope & responsibilities: one factory, 20 people, Process engineering, Production, Logistics, Utilities, Quality departments.

    2005 - 2006 Restructuring HEF 5th subsidiary in China (one factory, 15 people) after its GM leave. Transition management, recruitment and training of a Chinese GM for final take over.

  • Hef Groupe - Technical & Quality Manager

    2004 - 2005 Multi-sites responsibilities (6 factories: Dalian, Tianjin, Shanghai, Wuxi, Yuyao, Nanchang), support and technical expertise, customer service, industrialization. Technical and Quality audit, staff training. Upgrade of industrial sites.
    Supervising HEF’s trial center in Shanghai, process engineering for new and relocated projects.
