    Main tasks:

    Recruitment:

    * To analyze the posts to be provided, search and recruit talents for Louis Berger Guinea Ltd and its client Fluor Ltd to which it assures the leasing and the management of the personnel in the framework of the Simandou Project, support functional managers to make sure that all approved salaried positions on the staffing plan are receiving full recruitment and staffing support. ;
    * To conduct the integration process of new employees.

    Administrative Management:

    * To implement the Human Resources policy of Louis Berger concerning the training of the personnel, development of competences, health and security;
    * To assist and advise the branch Manager in strategic decisions relating to the development of Human Resources; recruitment, mobilization, termination and out processing of employees. ;
    * To assist employees with general HR inquiries, payroll issues, timesheets, coordinate R&R requests and schedules, resolve employees relations issues. ;
    * To coordinate, supervise and control Human Resources administrative activities;
    * To ensure compliance with the Louis Berger Guinea Ltd ethics and code of conduct;
    * Creation, monitoring and updating of employees individual files;
    * To organize employees pre-employment and activities resumption medical checkups at occupational medicine level ;
    * To affiliate them to the National social security fund and manage the Government relation. ;
    * Tracking, coordinating and scheduling visa processing with the Louis Berger Mobility Services and ministry for attainment of temporary and long term visa requirement..

    Legal Management:

    * Control of the compliance with legislation ;
    * Application of labor law and legal watch in social matter;
    * Development and monitoring of disciplinary procedures ;
    * Management of salaried persons separation ( resignation, dismissal, conventional separation);
    * Interpretation of collective agreements and labour code;
    * Management of relations with the Labor inspectorate and the Social Security National Fund.

    Achievements: Under my responsibility and during eight months, the Human Resources Department carried out 80 fruitful recruitments of which I prepared and conducted all the process. I wrote the standard procedure instruction and developed procedures and operation modalities of the Human Resources Department operation that is well appreciated by the management staff and employees of the enterprise. I initiated and introduced an internal communication system which enabled to reduce risks of claims, strikes, misunderstanding, delay to work and in the work.
    I developed HR units in remote sites from the branch's office. The employees training programme in the use of work equipments and the maintenance of the work environment I developed has produced positive effects as there was zero work accident during the first semester of the year 2013.
