Having an engineer background education I am working now as a consultant in Citwell, a Parisian management consulting company. I am involved in different projects linked with operations and organization performance.

My missions led me to work in different sectors (cosmetic, aeronautic, pharmaceutical industry & energy) and I have a special interest in transformation management and product development.

My international background (professional experiences in US, Brazil, Panama, Spain) allowed me to develop good adaptation skills and a high will to mobility.

    Paris 2007 - 2010 Supply Chain transformation project with a french cosmetic leader. This long term project aiming operational excellence led us to align and define best practices within the different regions & divisions.

    2006 - 2006 As a start-up supported by São Paulo incubator (CIETEC) ECONOLIG is a High Tech company who launched its first product in 2007. I assisted ECONOLIG in building and deploying a continuous improvement management system.

  • ArcelorMittal - Intern - Production projects manager CST - Arcelor Brésil

    2005 - 2006 CST (Arcelor Mittal Brazil), located in Vitoria (Espirito Santo state, Brazil) produces around 7.5 millions tons of iron per year. I have been involved in different projects linked with production optimization during this internship.

    Missions:
    • Phisical flows optimization in a maintenance unit (based on Richard Muther Systematic Layout Planning)
    • Laboratory capacity evaluation (process mapping, data collection, creation of a simulation model to determine improvement leverages)
    • Production unit capacity analysis (based on SMED methodology)
  • MDF International - Intern - Process & Organization change manager MDF Technologies

    2005 - 2005 MDF Technologies, located in the North of San Diego, is a government prime contractor. MDF team replies to US governments contracts and act as a facilitator between its customers (Department of Defense, US Navy...) and its worldwilde suppliers.

    Missions:
    • Leader on a process rationalization project aiming to double MDF contracts management capacity
