En résumé

Après plus de 25 ans passés dans l'informatique des marchés de capitaux tant dans les environnements Front / Back Office que risques, j'ai décidé de m'investir à plein temps sur une technologie prometteuse : Blockchain.

Je propose du consulting sur les technologies Blockchain comme Etherneum, Bitshares, ... et j'utilise mon expérience des marchés de capitaux pour construire des cas d'utilisation intégrant les bénéfices apportés par les projets Blockchain.

J'ai une expérience internationale de gestion d'équipes de développement et de support ainsi qu'une capacité démontrée à livrer des programmes d'investissement importants (fusions, nouveaux business, migrations)

Dans mes expériences précédentes, j'ai créé des palns directeurs pour la refonte complète de systèmes d'information, ce qui me permet aujourd'hui de construire des plans de deployment de projets Blockchain.

A travers ces grands projets, j'ai développé des relations solides avec le business jusqu'au niveau senior et d'excellentes capacités de présentation.

J'ai une longue expérience du développement et des systèmes informatiques que j'utilise en réalisant des prototypes sur la technologie Blockchain. Je me sers de mes connaissances métier pour définir des MVP en applicant la méthodologie "lean startup" que j'ai utilisée pendant de nombreuses années de développement agile

  • Freelancer - Consultant Blockchain

    2015 - maintenant Convaicu de l'importance que va prendre la technologie Blockchain dans nombre d'industries en particulier dans l'industrie des services financiers, j'ai décidé de me consacrer à cette technologie et ses applications.

    Je propose des services de :

    * Présentation et formation sur ces technologies mettant en avant des cas d'utilisation
    * Fabrication de prototypes sur Etherneum
    * Analyse en profondeur de cas d'utilisation (règlement livraison de titres, de dérivés, ..)

  • UniCredit - Global Head of Equity and Brokerage IT

    Rome 2010 - 2015 Unicredit developed a sophisticated offer on highly structured products in the 2000s. Due to the financial crisis, this business shrank tremendously. In 2009 Unicredit decided to rebuild its equity derivatives business investing heavily on the certificates market.

    I joined in 2010 to lead this program which changed in depth the equity business.
    Apart leading this very visible project, my role was to manage the Equity IT department. In that context I:
    * Set up information systems for new businesses in NY, Milan and London
    * Transformed and managed an international team, defining a lean organization, budget and project management processes (100 people in 4 countries)
    * Moved the run activities from Germany to Poland leveraging on near shoring
    * Rationalized the application landscape with innovative technologies
    * Led the platform evolution supporting the Equity business: new Sophis major version, expansion to CEE countries and risk calculation

  • Hommes et Systèmes d'Information - Consultant

    2009 - 2010 As a freelancer I had the following roles:

    * Strategic consultant for Société Générale on securities accounting
    * Built an offer for consulting in smartphone market.
    * Developed applications on Android

  • Crédit Agricole CIB - Global Head of Equity Derivatives IT

    Montrouge 2003 - 2009 Credit Agricole decided to invest heavily on equity derivatives. The first step of this process was merging with Credit Lyonnais which was performed in 9 months with a dedicated team of 100 people. The second step was an high pace growth which lead to huge shift in revenues (x6). In that context I have:

    * Led a growing team (x3 in 3 years) preserving its efficiency ;
    * Created a full-fledged development center in Japan ;
    * Shaped functional and technical architecture teams to develop IT vision
    * Built a 3 years IT plan to support business growth and give visibility to top management
    * Implemented procedures and reporting (PMO and Project Management)
    * Defined an outsourcing policy and used offshore resources
    * Led the IT Equities merger between Crédit Lyonnais and Crédit Agricole (100 people, 1year)

  • Crédit Agricole CIB - Head of Front Office IT

    Montrouge 1999 - 2003 Main achievements:
    * Rationalized the IT platform to prepare the merger between Crédit Lyonnais and Crédit Agricole ;
    * Developed innovative projects: web based solutions for trading, secured transactions over internet, grid
    computing for risk simulations
    * Reorganized as a new unit a team of 120 people

  • Crédit Agricole - Head of IT Fx and Treasury

    Montrouge 1996 - 1999 Main achievements :

    * Developed a company-wide electronic broker (40+ installations) for foreign exchange and money market
    * Developed a platform for bond trading and a market data historical database
    * Managed back office systems for treasury and Fx products
    * Prepared the merger between Crédit Agricole and Banque Indosuez

  • Informatique CDC - Project Manager

    Arcueil 1992 - 1996 Main achievements :

    * Developed tools for real time pricing, position keeping, PnL analysis and market risks
    * Integrated a legacy bond platform with a Unix trading platform using innovative technology
    * Managed a team of 30 people
