Senior technical leader with 20 years’ experience in High Technology and Telecom, I have been leading complex change programs for Telephony over IP and collaboration apps.
Focused on user experience and its workplace environment, I have a solid proven practice in developing emerging technologies to build new sources of growth. I demonstrated my ability in launching new products and driving business unit towards profitability taking technology from inception to market maturity.
With hands-on experience in business development and field operations, I managed very large deals in an international context with a total contract value (+$50m).
For the last 4 years I completed this experience as services director. Member of the Orange UCC-operation-France senior management team, I run cross disciplinary teams through a complex organization and expand my vision of industrial issues.

    Paris 2008 - maintenant Management of a 40 people department to build, support and develop business communication offers (unified com, telephony, LAN …):
    • Structure the technical expertise to engage new technologies in offers, to bring technical support to marketing, sales and field operations.
    • Guide and assist production units (budget, training, communication) to deliver industrial or customized solutions.
    • Restructure the department organization and develop synergies between experts.

  • Orange Business Services - Head of BCS business unit

    Paris 2006 - 2008 Creation and management of a business unit in a startup way to integrate Microsoft collaborative applications in the enterprise telephony environments.
    • Define the business model and products / services strategy.
    • Support sales with key accounts division and drive the P & L.
    • Manage 8 versatile engineers covering projects from pre-sales to support.
    • Build partners relationships (Microsoft, Genesys, Intel ...).
  • Expertel (France Telecom Subsidiary) - Telephony over IP service manager

    2002 - 2006 Early advocate of Telephony over IP (ToIP) and development of the first projects:
    • Manage 7 engineers in charge of consulting, engineering and field operations.
    • Define service offerings and initiate ecosystem partnerships.
    • Anticipate the production unit ramp-up and organize the transition to an industrial model.
  • Alcatel Lucent - Product manager - data-networks Professionnal Services

    Paris 1999 - 2001 Launching an international audit and consulting activity for data networks.
    • Define services and sales toolkit.
    • Animate technical local units in 11 countries in Europe and Latin America.
  • Alcatel Lucent - International Project Director

    Paris 1997 - 1999 Two major networks projects deployment: 7 months in Sao Paulo for the first bank in Brazil ($50M) and one year in Prague for the Czech Ministry of Defence ($3M):
    • Establish an effective strategy for deployment in direct contact at executive level.
    • Pilot the P&L and ensure the customer satisfaction.

    1994 - 1997 Pre-sales engineer for major accounts, consulting and technical expertise, including a 1 year mission for Total (petroleum company)
