*Program Management Director (since 2008): Manage a team of 19 direct-reports including 12 Program Managers, with a total annual departmental turnover of $120 million. Functionally re-organize the department, establishing clear roles and responsibilities for each employee with a specific focus on implementing “best practices.” Organize and pilot lean process improvement workshops to improve the functionality of the organization and internal processes. Communicate regularly with top management at SICMA and its parent company, ZODIAC, as well as with upper management at Boeing and Airbus.
*Program Manager (2005-2007): Coordinated and led Program team for all Boeing Economy Class seats programs, and after 6 months was selected to manage all Boeing programs including Business and First Class seats. Launched and managed the 787 project, coordinating cross-functional teams and activities within the company and at the aircraft manufacturer and monitoring and tracking performance to a $80 million budget.
