    Blagnac 2004 - 2009 MRB (Maintenance Review Board) process is the standard for the initial development and the evolution of the maintenance program of all Airbus aircraft.
    The principle is the following: analyses called MSG-3 analyses are developped by the manufacturer and reviewed with operators and authorities taking part in Maintenance Working Groups (MWG). The final objective of this process is the preparation of MRBR (Maintenance Review Board Report) approved by Authorities and including the initial minimum scheduled maintenance requirements applicable to a certain Airbus family.

    In the frame of the development of A400M maintenance program, I was the chairman of MWG-10 which scope was the development of scheduled maintenance requirements for the tactical avionic systems (low level flight, tactical communications and identification, mission management, defensive aids).
    My main duties as MWG chairman were:

    - Management of sub-contractors in charge of establishing MSG-3 analyses;
    - Presentation and review of MSG-3 analyses with operators and authorities at the opportunity of MWG meetings;
    - Daily support to airlines.

    Besides, I was in charge of L/HIRF (Lightning/High Intensity Radiated Field) protection maintenance program for A320 and A330/A340 families.
    My main responsibilities were:
    - Management of sampling program which purpose was to get in-service data to assess maintenance program effectiveness: measurements on A/C during heavy maintenance checks;
    - Reporting of sampling program status to operators and authorities;
    - Daily support to airlines;
    - Participation to MPIG (Maintenance Program International Group) as L/HIRF Airbus focal point.

    Finally, I was the focal point for chargeable services development in my department. This part of my job consisted in:
    - Developping business plans;
    - Defining commercial proposals;
    - Contributing to contract establishment.
