I consider the compartimented process between the customer's requirements down to R&D creates a too long path which prevents R&D engineers to well understand the reasons what they develop is made for and why. the consequence is often a mismatch between the requirement and what the customer finally get.
I want to shorten the path between these two worlds and bring the product development closer to the customer.

Le cloisonnement entre la définition du produit, essentiellement liée aux contacts avec le client, et le développement de ce même produit, crée une distance qui ne permet pas aux ingénieurs de la R&D de comprendre les raisons pour lesquelles des fonctionnalités sont développés ainsi que leur utilité réelle. La conséquence peut être un manque d’adéquation, plus ou moins grave, entre le besoin du client et le produit qu’il reçoit.
Je veux rapprocher ces deux mondes et raccourcir au maximum cette distance entre le client final et le développement du produit.
