One of my main talents is to be able to grasp a global vision of our world, understanding its complexity and interactions.
I helped organizations for a long time to build their vision of the future, through a strategy, business targets, organizational or information systems, and trajectories to implement all these elements in a coherent way. And all this, in complex international environments.
For that purpose, I leveraged my training in complementary disciplines as well as my successive enrichments of skills stemming from my various operational experiences.
But until a few years ago, I was missing the fundamental keystone of all this, i.e. the the consideration of human complexity.
