Elaborate consistent and complete data files in Excel concerning all variables figuring in the macro-economic model MODUX (Unit EPR4) and documentation thereof, implying a precise description of data series (elaboration of meta-data, i.e. series, codes, contact persons, etc…);
Streamline and facilitate data retrieval from National Accounts tables (consultation with NA representatives on best practice);
Summarize instructions for retrieval of other data series from external sources (e.g. AMECO, MacroBond);
Organise and automatize (in Excel) data comparison with year-before series (detect direction and size of revision; consistency checks and error detection);
Import data series in Eviews and transform data (construct chain-linked volume series from previous-year prices series, backward splicing, etc...), programming data import and transformation in Eviews' programming language.
