After a Master of science from Polytech'Marseille in Industrial Engineering and Information Technology, he obtained executive certificates in "Operational Excellence Management" from CEDEP Institute and in "Technology and knowhow transfer" from Polytechnique College in Paris. Rachid El Malki has also obtained two certificates from the Higher Institute for National Defense Studies of Paris in France. He is the actual director of a citybus manufacturing plant in France and has 10 years of experience of project mangagement, purchasing and manufacturing engineering. He has a strong experience of team management and organisation management in industrial environment. He has a strong knowledge both in people and goods transport automotive industry as well as in ground military vehicles. The Industrial background of Rachid El Malki and his interest for machinery, industry and geopolitics allow him to be able to build a strategic vision and to insure a successful execution in a multicultural environment.
