    Cholet 2014 - maintenant Dorel (2.4B$ TO, 4.700 employees)is a NAM/Europe leader infurnitures and juvenile products manufacturing.
    I took part in a team dedicated to fostering the sales of the strollers and baby car seats through the 8 brands of the company. They are facing the issue of the collaborative economy (loss of cutomers who lend/rent their goods instead of buying new ones).

    Designed a brand new business model related to the forthcoming collaborative economy challenges and implementing it to the consumer goods area. Group finished 2nd 20at a corporate presentation given to Dorel executives.
  • Zodiac Data Systems - Sales manager assistant

    2012 - 2012 Zodiac Data Systems (2.8B$ TO, 180.00 employees) is one of the world leaders in aeronautics devices manufacturing. I joined for two months the flight tests salesteam (6 employees dedicated to selling radio equipment and sensors) to assist them in different market researches.

    Market studies in aeronautics. Searched and compiled information about the commercial and military sectors. Field of study: telemetric in aeronautics.

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2012 - 2013 World leader in the B2B/B2C virtual experiences in over 12 industries (from automotive and aerospace to mining and architecture), Dassault Systèmes (10.000 employees, 2.5 B$ TO) provides 3D solutions to all the PLM challenges : design, simulation, logistics...
    I joined for a year the head of the digital manufacturing brand, DELMIA (10M$ TO), to implement their strategy by analyzing the market and studying potential acquisition targets.

    Major achievements : analyzed 100 profiles in over 12 industries (market positioning, product panel, technological and financial assessment), took part in an acquisition operation in a restricted team (10 people including 3 chief executives).

    Participated in an acquisition project: technological and history assessment, studies of the target's situation on a specific market. Analysed and summarised all information (market positioning, scalability, technological assets) for the chief executives and the financial department.

    Settled weekly dashboards for the commercial team of a branch of DELMIA. In charge of the DELMIA Operation segment (15 sellers).
    * Assisted the brand managers in organizing the business intelligence. Wrote a protocol to the brand team to automate the BI filtering (Sales and TO forecast).

    Participated in a global survey of all DS competitors to implement the company's knowledge of its environment (competitors, market sizes and M&A targets). In charge of the DELMIA brand.
    * Analyzed 100 profiles in over twelve industries: information researches and financial estimations, and realization of specific focuses for 25-30% of them.
