    Implemented Sage Accpac ERP Package in the Business Unit (Manufacturing, Production planning, Inventory, Procurement & Sales modules). Drove the full project in Chinese with a team of 8 Key users and covering all company’s activities.

    - Monthly reporting to HQ, budgeting, control of costs, cash flow forecast
    - Developed a Balanced Scorecard tool in the business unit
    - Implemented an e-claim program for the whole BU, trained users in Chinese
    - Worked on various SOX and internal audit missions
    - Built up an internal database with contracts’ history to improve project costing
