Paris2011 - 2015o Assist the Project Manager in the management of the external and internal Interface System on OFON 2 Contract for the Load-out, Transportation and Installation of OFP2 Deck (using Unideck® Float-over Jacking System and Anti-surge System):
* Internally: both engineering disciplines (such as structure, naval, mechanics and hydraulic, Electricity and instrumentation) and non-engineering disciplines (such as procurement, transport, construction & planning
* Externally: client, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, authorities
o Ensure projects execution with respect of costs, technical, quality, safety, health and environmental
requirements throughout contract life
o Ensure proper treatment of the information and proactively solve interface issues with designated discipline
* Follow up the documents and ensure their distribution to whole project team
* Follow up project planning
* Follow up equipment procurement, inspection and transport (Shipment to South Korea and Nigeria)
o Liaise with other Contractor Interface Leaders (Hyundai Heavy Industries Offshore Division – Deck Fabricator,
SAIPEM - Jacket Fabricator and Dockwise – Transport Vessel Subcontractor) as well as Third party (Marine Warranty Surveyor – London Offshore marine Consultant) for technical matters
o Assist Technip Project representatives in collaboration with the client, Transport vessel Contractor and Nigerian authorities for cabotage law and temporary importation process
o Attend regular meetings with the client, Contractors and request additional meetings as needed
o Manage the Interface Registers of groups and co-ordinate with other Contractors
o Prepare periodical reports (Monthly and weekly reports)
