    My responsibilities and tasks were :

    Approvals for delivery model (feasibility, time, quality, budget)
    Coordination of budgets and forecast on existing business for OE, Revenue and with CBM for customer order result
    Optimization and control of the whole production costs (ILV and COGS) on contract and customer level
    Cost management on delivery order with delivery units
    Responsibility for order management and controlling (internal and external)
    Recommend portfolio consolidation and standardization, define KPIs and obtain benchmarks

    I was in direct relation with the Eurocopter representative, in charge of managing the customer demands with the support of the internal teams (IM Architect, Expert, Cost Controling, etc...)
