    • Builds and manages the project team within a global and virtual setting through EMCAPs to successfully deliver the project to the client.
    • Ensures adequate staffing is available within the project with appropriate competency and training to successfully execute the project as per contract expectations.
    • Ensures timely progress and status reporting with early warning of issues that may adversely impact the project. Creates and updates project templates for the evergreen planning process to support project tracking and stewardship.

  • COTCO - Maintenance Area Supervisor

    2009 - 2014 • Responsible for safe and efficient operation of Pressure Reducing
    Station (PRS) equipment and process.

    • Work with the ETS Maintenance Supervisor to ensure pipeline and
    block valve sites within maintenance area, are properly maintained
    and assure continuous surveillance and integrity of operations.

    • Provide instruction and guidance to Lead Operators and senior
    Operators responsible for development, mentoring and training of
    new national workforce within prescribed Company timeline.

    • Prepare, Suggest and Steward Company approved OPEX & CAPEX annual
    Budget and Plan.

    • Ensure Maintenance and Operation services are performed within
    standard Company guidelines.

    • Continually review services to identify opportunities to improve
    work practices and seek cost-effective ways to better manage
    business.

    • Required to interface with EMP, SHE, General Services,
    Procurement, Warehouse, Security, Telecommunications and
    Engineering Departments.

    • Liaise with Local, District and Governmental authorities within
    Maintenance Area.

    • Coordinate with OTCC and other Maintenance Areas daily to insure
    efficient safe operations of ETS.

    • Provide leadership and foster development of Teamwork skills
    within operations group.

    and Environmental programs and initiatives.
