Senior Counsel - Sourcing = > current position
Legal support to Supply Chain and Construction Contracts: Head of Nuclear Legal and Contract Management for Sourcing and Construction Contracts, incl. drafting general terms and conditions, specific terms and conditions for Nuclear projects e.g. Hinckley Point C in the UK; frame agreements; settlement agreements. Attending negotiations, monitoring critical purchase orders, claim management and litigation. Legal training to Procurement and Sourcing teams.
Intellectual Property, License and Technology Transfer [from 2012 to 2014]: Draft Cooperation, Research and Development agreements, NDA, manage Nuclear business licensing portfolio, address IPR issues such as patent infringement, breach of IPR and confidentiality. Contract Management of Transfer of Technology Agreements with China, Russia and India.

Senior Contract Manager:
Responsible for project commercial activities, customer variation requests/orders. Support and guidance to the project team on general contract issues. Management of Risk and opportunity, claims, supply chain. Control of back-charges from site and ensure appropriate recovery from third parties. Management of project insurances and related claims, etc.

Group Contract Manager:
Leader of a worldwide team of 7 CM (F, US, China, Switz.): Annual performance reviews, supervision, recruitment, training.Set up of Contract Management Department, support to projects when no dedicated CM, support to supply chain, interface with Tender, hand-over from sales for newly signed TGP contracts, interface with Legal, support to Product Lines.

Business lawyer:
Advising on business law: commercial & civil law, anti-trust and competition law, IP, distribution law and lease agreements
M&A, IPOs: advising on, and managing, projects for French and Chinese clients
Corporate: company formation, administration and share capital restructuring
Drafting contracts: contribution agreements, mergers, sale and purchase agreements, distribution, terms and conditions of sales and licences
In China :
Advising Fortune 500 companies in connection with their investments and acquisitions in China, including through JVs; follow up of the implementation of non-tariff barriers to trade by the Chinese Government.
Set up of a Representative Office in Ningbo (Zhejiang province).
Advising local foreign companies in their day to day business in China, as well as in their international trade activities.
Set up of a cooperation program between BH & Associés and the Southwest University of Political Science & Law (SWULP) in Chongqing (Sichuan).
Dispute resolution :Legal opinions on potential liabilities, dispute audits and pre-litigation planning. Court/tribunal appearances, conduct of hearings and settlement negotiations. Attachment, seizure and other debt collection proceedings
