Sébastien Marché currently acts as Head of Experteam Business Unit. ExperTeam wants to accompany and to guide CIO teams, participating in the construction of the new user environments to multiply value created thanks to the new technologies. He is a membre of ExCom of HELPLINE Group.

Previously, he was Director for Strategic Operations at Orange Healthcare. Sébastien collaborated with the General Manager of Orange Healthcare and the Executive Vice President of Orange focusing on health strategy for the Group and product Marketing .
Sébastien joined the Orange Group in 2005 as Director of Business Development for Orange in Lyon, France. Prior to arriving at Orange Healthcare in 2011, he held several director-level positions within the Group, in various Orange operational units. He has also served as Member of the Business Unit Executive Committee since 2005. Sebastien was member of Orange Graduate Program (2005-2011) and was member of Orange Top Manager Program (2011-2015).
Sébastien is an experienced manager focused on customer oriented units with strong Team Building skill.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the SUPELEC and he aslo holds a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Imperial College London.
Today, Sébastien is 35, he has 3 children and lives in the Paris area. He maintains a strong presence among students and young people as mentor with the association Nos Quartiers ont des Talents or Energie Jeunes. In his spare time, Sébastien pursues hobbies such as sailing, swimming and skiing.
