    Leatherhead 2014 - 2015 ► Outsourcing management:
    • Maintain strong business relation.
    • Outsource successfully new tasks and positions (Sales, billing, etc.).
    • Decide and drive changes based on business needs.

    ► Customer Relation team management:
    • With the team, develop more efficient tickets rating process with high focus on customer satisfaction.

    • Handle team management for physical measurement.

    ► Quality control and accreditation:
    • Proceed with redaction and update of procedures based on latest accreditation requirements.
    • Be the point of contact for external audits (Aerospace, Defense, Energy and Medical fields).
