    2016 - maintenant The Vice President of Manufacturing (VPM) manages and coordinates all activities associated with manufacturing : Industrialization (mechanic & Electronic), Configuration Management, Production Flow Management, Methods/Investments, Maintenance and the Production sites.

    - The VPM reports to the EVP Operations - COO and is responsible for direction, strategy, planning and execution for CMI Defence's manufacturing operations. The VPM shall lead the Production Teams to review, revise, develop, coordinate, and implement processes and procedures. Key attributes for this role include reduction of manufacturing waste, a focus on metrics to validate efficiencies, development of talent and cross-functional leadership.

  • Autoliv - Product Process Engineer

    Cergy 2000 - 2002 My responsibility was to define, to put in place and validate the appropriate product manufacturing process, taking into account the expected volumes, the project time schedule and the plant existing tools. The Product Process engineer’s responsibility was to establish the process requirements that needed to be taken into account by the product design team. When fulfilled, those requirements would ensure that the product would be manufacturable with the required quality level.
