Paris2012 - 2015Within the team responsible for asset management and software licensing, contribute and implementing a SAM solution based on IBM SCCD 7.5. (SmartCloud Control Desk):
- Advise on implementation of Best Practice strategies to mitigate corporate risk and identify cost optimisation opportunities;
- Assist technical team in understanding and making effective use of software solutions;
- Analyse and interpret Procurement, Contract, Entitlement and all useful technical data (Vcenter, HMC...);
- Knowledge of license models for major publisher (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, VMware …);
- Understanding of Licensing, maintenance and support elements of agreements;
- Design Functional reports using IBM Cognos;
- Good knowledge of inventory tools (TADD/TADz, SCCM, IBM ILMT, CA ITCM/UAM ...) and hardware asset management (Asset DB ...).
