Mon rôle est de:
m'assurer du bon déroulement des opérations de forage en optimisant l'utilisation de notre équipement et la performance en termes économiques et de sécurité des activités en accord avec la législation locale et internationale, le programme du Client et nos procédures internes.
m'assurer de l'intégrité de la plateforme de forage en suivant la maintenance préventive et les commandes de pièces de rechange
m'assurer du bon fonctionnement de la logistique Personnel (visas, rotations du personnel, billets d'avion, formations)
m'assurer du bon contact avec le client et que les opérations se déroulent selon les objectifs fixés
préparer et présenter les factures proforma au Client
Assister le département commercial pour le marketing du Rig en vue de futurs contrats
m'assurer du bon fonctionnement du système de Management QHSE selon les procédures Groupe.
Suivre les commandes en local ainsi que les fournisseurs de service à bord ou sur le yard.

Précédentes expériences
Etude de comportement d'outils de forage, de BHA (bottom hole assembly)…
Analyse de performances d'équipements de surface ou sous-marins, de coûts d'opérations.

  • Saipem - Project Engineer / Rig Manager

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2011 - maintenant I have started this new mission onboard Saipem Scarabeo 9 on October 2011. This is a brand new semi-submersible rig (6th generation).
    I will get familiar with the rig and the personnel during a 6 months period prior to manage the rig in collaboration with present Rig Manager.

  • Saipem S.p.A. Angola - Planning Engineer / Rig Manager

    2010 - 2011 Saipem Jack Up Perro Negro 6 – Client Rig Club (Sonangol, Total, AngolaLNG, Petrobras)
    As Planning Engineer:
    o Preparation of the rig and of the procedures for HPHT (High pressure/ High Temperature)
    drilling operations with Sonangol (Explorative well Garoupa 2 – Block 2)
    o Preparation of the rig and of the procedures for AngolaLNG drilling operations
    o Working in collaboration with Client to ensure the proper performance of the planned operations
    As Rig manager:
    o Ensure the correct management of the drilling operations by optimizing the use of assets and
    equipments and the safe, economical and efficient performance of drilling, well completion and
    work over activities in accordance with Statutory legislation, client’s program, Company’s
    procedures and contractual requirements.
    o Ensure integrity of the rig by monitoring maintenance jobs and spare parts orders
    o Preparation of Proforma invoices
    o Follows up Personnel issues (visas, flight bookings, trainings) in a particularly strong and hard
    context as Angolan regulations are very restrictive
    o Interface with Rig Club Clients (association of companies that hired Perro Negro 6 jointly)
    o Local procurement and Local subcontractors follow up
    o Assistance to Commercial department regarding rig marketing
    o Be familiar with the established well control procedures;
    o Be familiar with the established drilling operational procedures;
    o Ensure reporting routines are fulfiled;
    o Cooperate with the rig site personnel in performing the rig moving activities by supervising the
    activity of involved personnel/companies;
    o Ensure all classification society and authorities rules and regulations applicable to the activities
    are adhered to;
    o Be safety conscious in all my work and behaviour; Apply and ensure the correct application of
    prescribed safety standards and regulations;
    o Ensure Company’s and Client’s HSE and Q/A policies and standards are implemented on the
    rig sites;
    o Verify proper housekeeping is maintained on the rig
