En résumé

Je suis actuellement en poste en tant que Chef de Projet au sein d'Harmonium Pharma, start-up pharmaceutique. Première employée de cette entreprise dynamique, j'ai la chance de faire partie intégrante de cet ambitieux projet.

I'm now the first employee of a pharmaceutical start-up, Harmonium Pharma. I've been hired as a Project Manager in order to support the develoment of this new company.

    - Participate in the elaboration of a challenging business plan for the DM

    Paris 2012 - 2012 • Involved in the segmentation of new customers for the strategic launch of a new indication of Prevenar 13®. Contributor in brainstorming workshops to elaborate the 2013 tactical plan
    • Led the development of visual aids and an e-detailing project (€0.3M) to provide marketing support to our field forces
    • Developed sale force effectiveness assessment tools to profile customers in order to prioritize key clients for Prevenar 13® business
    • Evaluated vaccines market needs through several qualitative and quantitative market research projects in order to fully understand the business drivers of this complex marketplace
    • Created a “trainee kit” that optimizes time spent in data mining in order to increase the overall efficiency of the team

    rapidité, adaptabilité, sens du contact, sens de l'équipe sont des qualités nécessaires afin de travailler au sein de cette enseigne.
    responsable comptoir lors des rushs ainsi que assistance à la formation des nouveaux venus.
    travail de nuit (drive ouvert 24h/24) nécessité une grande autonomie et une vraie réactivité face aux imprévus. En effet, seulement 4 employés et un manager sont présents pour faire tourner le drive.
