    -Sydney Light Rail Project 60 trams contract (Rolling stock part)
    -RATP contracts TW01 66 trams /TW03 46 trams

    Full Project Management of tram Contract (Rolling Stock scope) : in charge from the signature of the contract up to the end of warranty period.
    Private & Public contracts management (contract around 100 /150 M€).

    External: representation of ALSTOM towards the customer; control and management of this interface and relationship.
    Internal: responsible for cash flow and contract margin; development and implementation of the overall strategy for the execution of the project in order to deliver the project as per DPQC (Delivery, Performance , Quality and Cost) contractual commitments (Project management, Engineering, Industrialization, Production, Validation, Testing and commissioning, Warranty management)

    Management of the financial reviews with the involved ALSTOM entities or Work packages and he is involved in all decisions which affect the project costs.

    • the purchasing activities of the project.
    • the Suppliers’ Business Award organization as necessary
    • the correct back to back of the contractual requirements to the suppliers

    • the consistency of the project with the sourcing policy
    • the consistency of the project with the logistics requirements of the site
