As a member of the firm’s Professional Services Practice, Sophie specializes in conducting assignments for management and strategy consulting firms. She assists clients in strengthening the function throughout the organization, undertaking global assignments to build teams or open offices. Her areas of expertise also include legal, tax, risk, compliance and governmental affairs.
Previously Sophie was an Associate Principal with Heidrick & Struggles where she has been a member of the professional services practice for nine years. Early career experience includes being a Senior Trainer in the Banking, Financing and Insurance Department of EFE in Paris. Sophie began her career as a tax and legal counsel with insurance company AXA Conseil.
After graduating from the University of Rennes with a master’s degree in tax law and a DESS in wealth management, Sophie earned a DESS in banking and finance law from the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. She is based in the firm’s Paris office.
