2011 - maintenant- Responsible for Pace deliveries to its customers, Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators in different countries - Europe, Middle East and Asia: Gateway products to Etisalat (UAE) and Singtel (Singapore) - Helium Product to Bouygues Telecom (France).
- Responsible to achieve “on Time, on Quality, on Margin” objectives under controlled Risks Management.
- Customer oriented project management, driving discussions with customers on functional specification, planning, validation and acceptance, deployment, SW evolutions ... as well as Legal or Operations.
- Managing dedicated teams: software development and validation teams over different sites (France and India).
- Responsible for Costs tracking and for Budget management based on the Business Case (Gross Margin / Return on Sales).
- Responsible for all internal / external requirements: Legal (Contract / NDA / SLA), Approval (CE, Wifi Alliance, FCC …), Quality, Operation (delivery, after-sales / refurbishing / RMA … )
- Managing suppliers : manufacturer (ODM/JDM/EMS) / chipset vendors / SW supplier …
- Responsible for the creation and negotiation of the Statement of Work with partners.

- Responsible for the validation team in charge of xDSL & FTTH products ( in France and India)
- Follow-up of maintenance projects (specification and planning with both partners and customers).
- Integration of a new product within the network of a new customer in EMEA (including on-site support).
- Definition and follow-up of tests strategy for new products.
- Re-organization and Improvement of the validation process following the bough of the entity by Pace.
- Evaluation of Bewan products prior to its acquisition by Pace.
