Within Alstom Power Pump Business, supply-chain project management of multiple pump projects in Europe and Russia

— Participation to tendering bids preparation phase to ensure the best sourcing scheme
— Managing the sourcing activity of the Tenders leaded in Europe and Support local buyer in tender phases;
— Building, Driving Tender Sourcing Plan: cost optimization of the reference library, collects and challenges supplier offers for the main commodities ( Gearbox- Motor- Drive- Electronic starter - Casting parts- Welded parts - Thurst bearing- Coupling and Shaft)
PROCUREMENT PROJECT LEAD BUYER
— Defining and implementing the Project Sourcing Strategy to the commodity Buyer :Sourcing, purchasing, Order Management & Expediting, logistics, Supplier Quality, Key Performance Indicator;
— Driving the execution of the Purchase Order following Order Management & Expediting procedures Managing all the claims and contractual and legal aspect of the Supply chain activities with the legal team.
