    Blagnac 2013 - 2014 Lead the Information System (IS) part of the ESS/MSS Time Global tool life cycle management (feasibility, projects, run mode)
    - Ensure the good operation of the ESS/MSS Time Global applications. Analyse and solve application issues when necessary, in collaboration with Local time experts in EADS countries.
    - Organise, drive and monitor the IS part of the future releases of the ESS/MSS Time Global tool in order to obtain a solution that meets functional & technical requirements.
    - Manage the technical aspects linked to evolutions and on going projects. Provide impact analysis & estimates, create specifications, maintain customizing, coordinate developments, develop when requested, perform tests and ensure quality of deliveries, in line with Global guidelines & standards.
    - Coordinate with transversal domain; SAP backend, myHR, Authorization, other HR processes (training, competences including organisation management.
    Functional participation:
    - Participating to business needs collection, business requirements definition, supporting Chairmen to organize arbitration and ensure/follow-up implementation in the tool (incl. reporting).
