I have more than twenty years experience as Chief Financial Officer:
• in sectors such as metallurgy, asbestos or the trading of electronic games or medical devices (by SORIN GROUP, subsidiary of FIAT Group)
• in varied organizational structures, subsidiaries of international groups

I have covered all of the components of the position, including particularly the management of the whole of common services in true relay with the business.

I bring particularly skills in:
• building of budgets in international groups
• project management such as acquisitions, mergers and transfers
• financial crisis and cash flow improvement

Autonomous, I enjoy the resolution of situations with strategic stakes.

    · Technical movements of all internal reorganizations managed and coordinated (acquisitions, merges, spin-off) by complying with the rules of the Group and by optimizing the operations.
    Specific missions:
    Drafting of the answers to a tax notification on the constitution and the justification of the transfer prices of the goods imported from the Companies of the Group.
    Principal interlocutor within the framework of a procedure of the Concurrence Council, for supposed vertical and horizontal agreements, by joining together the elements and while answering successfully, point by point, with the various objections.

    1993 - 1996 Importation and distribution of electronic games (revenue 30 M€; employees: 60, on which 7 supervised; 9 companies)
    Skills:
    · With five to nine subsidiaries, accounting and administrative procedures homogenized, centralized treasury installed and corporate attitude developed.
    · Project management on selection of new commercial data-system and on implementation, involving all the users.
    · Sales force managed (5 on the site) up to the selection of a commercial manager by the end.
    Specific missions:
    Merging all the 9 subsidiaries in the holding company, realizing the studies on the feasibility, coordinating the means and controlling the financial impacts (overheads decreased by 300 K€).
