La Commission Juristes exerçant à l'étranger a pour vocation de réunir la communauté grandissante des juristes exerçant en entreprise hors de France, et de défendre ses intérêts, comme d'en assurer la représentation, tant auprès des instances dirigeantes de l'AFJE dans le cadre des missions traditionnelles qui sont celles de l'AFJE, que des organisations représentatives de juristes dans les pays où ces juristes exercent.
Depuis Septembre 2011 je représente également l'AFJE aux Etats-Unis, en établissant différents partenariats et autres initiatives avec les barreaux et autres associations de juristes d'entreprise aux Etats-Unis, afin de promouvoir la connaissance et l'appréciation du droit français aux US comme de défendre et améliorer la reconnaissance statutaire du juriste d'entreprise français aux Etats-Unis avec, à la clé, un développement et des opportunités professionnelles accrus.
En septembre 2013 j'ai rejoint la gouvernance de l'American Bar Association en tant que liaison de la Section of International Law auprès de l'AFJE.
Depuis septembre 2014 j'assure également la représentation de l'AFJE au Canada, en liaison avec l'Association du Barreau Canadien et les différents barreaux provinciaux.

* Managed the day-to-day corporate administration of the various legal entities in EMEA. Oversaw the corporate integration in EMEA of the company's acquisitions, handled TUPE transfers, drafted intercompany asset purchase agreements,etc. Assisted in the review and drafting of the merger documentation with Symantec, and assisted with post-merger integration issues
