Responsible for Scientific recruitment activities across French part of Switzerland
-Analyze staffing needs (job profiles, market trends…) for the clients in terms of recruitment and manage the complete recruitment cycle (implement international and national sourcing strategies, used of structured interview techniques, follow on recruitment processes…)
-Analyze the potential market in order to identify available candidates and market trends.
-Establish long term relationships with both clients and candidates.
-Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management and other groups.
-Training and mentoring
