  • HEC Paris Executive Education - Associate Director of Business Development, Executive MBA program

    Jouy en Josas 2016 - maintenant Leading a dedicated sales team (8per.) in Paris and supervising teams in Qatar & China (2 per.), my role is to direct and oversee the development, recruiting and admissions of our Executive MBA program through all sites worldwide, for a total turnover of € 15 million
    My main responsibilities:
    -Provide direction to the Sales team (3 sales pers., 2 sales assistants) in developing Sales Strategic Plan -Develop new processes to organize, plan and monitor our sales objectives (Quantitative and Qualitative objectives)
    -Provide consultative direction to the Academic board of the EMBA program in order to ensure the best service and academic improvements that can be made to the EMBA offer.
    -Setting and reviewing a budget of 150K€
    -Understanding industry trends and competition achievements to drive better internal settings and sales strategy.
    -Developing and maintaining effective policies and admissions procedures, in order to fit with international accreditations and quality’s requirements.
    -Develop strategic plan to enter new markets (Africa, China, Scandinavia, Benelux, Italy…)
