    2015 - maintenant My goal is based on the chemical functionalization and the development of new materials in the semiconductor's market. The treatment of metals and alloys’ surface is carried out by chemical or physical methods. The mastery in deposition tools and process techniques are achieved to precise and repeat the fabrication of CNTs (carbon nanotubes). During my experience, the techniques become proficient are CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition), PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) as well as deposition of thin film process and the use of advances chamber to improve the materials. Moreover, the realization of spin coating technique became skilled. The development of spray on process has been reached thanks to the study of several different parameters. The characterization techniques used are UV- visible, Infrared, Raman spectroscopy, Surface Profiling, Spectroscopy Ellipsometer and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy).     2014 - 2014 The aim of this project is the growth of nanoparticles prepared from a solution containing an organometallic complex that has ligands acting as stabilizer on a monocrystalline surface. The metal of the organometallic complex, Platinum in this case, is reduced by the presence of an H2 atmosphere, forming organized nanoparticles as a result of epitaxial growth following the crystal lattice of the substrate. Among the applications of this novel particles, their use as catalyst and microreactors are the most promising ones. These nanoparticles were characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy and Tomography.

  • Laboratoire de Chimie de Coordination - Stagiaire

    2013 - 2013 Theoretical and experimental study of the properties and impact of metal ions such as Cu and Zn in the aggregation phenomena. These ions have been found in large concentrations in the senile plaques. Good knowledge of peptides and their mutant handling for the determination of coordination bonds with metal ions. Sample characterization was performed by UV-vis, Electron Paramagnetic Resonance supported by electrochemistry and fluorescence measurements.
