  • Procter & Gamble - Demand Planning and Inventory Manager

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2010 - 2012 for Duracell for Western, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa - Geneva:
    * Built and introduced a Demand dashboard to report the key Demand Planning measures used to develop action plans to ultimately improve Customer Service level. A c.a. 50% forecast accuracy improvement for the most critical product family has been achieved.
    * Led monthly reviews presenting performance KPI to the stakeholders and the Lead Team.
    * Reduced inventory by 20 million $ out of a total inventory of 120 million $ through improved sales forecast accuracies and a action plans including commercial initiatives, broker sales and e-commerce channels.
    * Designed and implemented a standard training for the Country Demand Managers improving regional consistency and quality levels through structured knowledge transfer. ;
  • Procter & Gamble - Initiative and Supply Manager

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2003 - 2010 * Managed demand vs capacity and proposed new product sourcing strategies to improve product availability to Customer.
    * Led the implementation of new product launches by establishing and coordinating the work plan for various functions such as Marketing, R&D, Product Supply and Finance to deliver a new product to market in time, meeting defined quantity and quality standards within assigned budget.
    * Defined and proposed new processes to improve project management within our B2B sphere and to improve consistency with our Retail counterparts. ;
  • Procter & Gamble - Supply and Planning Manager

    Asnières-sur-Seine 1994 - 2003 * Led the SAP R/3 implementation for the supply and planning functions including the setup of the SAP implementation team, designing and mapping processes and training of the entire plant planning team to achieve smooth cut over. This system change led to an organization change toward a stronger Integration of the planning function thus improving the organization capability.
    * Managed and developed the Supply and Planning Team consisting of 10 highly qualified Technicians.
    * Ran the MRPII process for the « Laundry product » Category and accountable for the KPI.
    * Implemented a new production planning and scheduling tool to reduce raw materials and finished product inventory.
    * Established service level agreements for our suppliers and internal customers alike. ;
  • Procter & Gamble - Supply Planner

    Asnières-sur-Seine 1991 - 1994 * Allocated production levels for defined product line across the Western European Plants.
    * Rolled out a dashboard with new Customer Service measures to monitor the supply chain performance and drive improvement actions.
