    Emka Technologies develops hardware and software systems that are used in pre-clinical research. In this multi-skilled and self-driven position, I reported to the CEO and was in constant contact with our clients, as well as with the sales and development teams.

    Project Manager: I was at the head of an 8-developpers and 2-testers project team, managing the development of a new family of software and hardware products.

    CRM implementation project manager: I carried out the selection and the implementation of a CRM system for the company’s internal needs.

    Validation project manager: I was in charge of on-site computerised system validation projects (25 projects in 4 years) for pharmaceutical clients.

    Validation trainer: I trained two new employees at Emka Technologies, Paris and Washington DC offices, to be validation engineers and perform validation projects.

    User and regulations representative: I have taken part in many development projects and acted as an expert of the users’ needs, as well as regulatory consultant.

    System expert: Due to my expertise on the systems the company was selling, I carried out many system implementations, configuring the systems to the users' needs, organising training sessions and giving users the support they required.

    Test manager: I leaded the tests of the company’s products (software and hardware), as an on-going task during five years.

    Quality manager: I managed the Quality System of the company, as an on-going task during my last four years at Emka Technologies.
