    2014 - maintenant Adionics is a French start-up working on a new desalination technology based on selective salt separation

    * Worked on the introduction of Adionics into the produced-water treatment market. ;
    * Supervising projects with industrial partners.
    (schedule, budget, resources, equipment installation and tests, results validation)
    * Managing a team of four engineers and two technicians. ;
    * Feasibility study for several desalination techniques compared to traditional reverse osmosis membranes.
    (mastering energy consumption, OPEX and CAPEX, process design and process security)
    * Elaboration of PID, PFD and mass balance for AquaOmnes, project at Masdar city (Abou Dhabi).
    * Relation with 45 chemical suppliers, 34 material suppliers/manufacturers.

    2011 - 2014 Project : optimizing the desulfurization process

    * Design and realization of two processes based on fixed bed and double batch technologies.
    (PID, PFD, mass balance, thermal balance, process security, thermodynamic study).
    * Process modeling using ASPEN HYSYS. ;
    * Synthesis and characterization of doped alumina, titanium oxide and zirconia.
    * Establishing academic partnership with Madirel and Caen laboratories.
    * Participation at EuropaCat 2013 and the American Chemical Society conferences. ;
    * One patent deposited and two scientific papers.
