    Saint-Cloud 2011 - maintenant ISIS is a holistic transformational project destined to improve the efficiency and interactions of Majencia’s various Business Functions (HR, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain,…) through People, Process and IT .
    For the Supply Chain function, the project consists in implementing a new Supply Chain ERP in Majencia’s IT landscape to:
    • Streamline the Supply Chain processes
    • Better connect Production and Distribution
    • Increase the productivity and reduce supply chain costs.
    ISIS is multi-site project : the new Supply Chain ERP will be rolled-out first in the Paris location and then in Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse…

    As Project manager of the ISIS project for the Supply Chain Function, I directly report to the Head of Supply Chain and liaise on a daily basis with the Supply Chain teams.
    My role is to guarantee the success of the new ERP integration while providing business continuity and change management.

    On a daily basis, I am responsible for :

    • Business requirements definition for the Supply Chain function
    • Process modelling
    • Functional Design and Testing
    • User acceptance testing
    • Gap Analysis
    • Change management and training the supply chain teams on the new processes
