    PARIS 2011 - maintenant Managing a team of 6 including 4 Corporate buyers

    Portfolio managed : Sourcing of ATM and Payment services at Group level
    Baseline covered : approx 250M€/year

    Main categories :

    - ATMs (1 buyer): sourcing of equipments, banking software and associated services (Logistics and maintenance)

    - Payment services (2 buyers + 1 assistant buyer): Sourcing of POS and Cards (production and personalisation) for the Group. Payment processing and services (Visa & Mastercard, external backup for SG payment platform in France, payment platforms for SG foreign subsidiaries in Africa, Eastern Europe and Russia)

    - Cheques and transfers (1 buyer + 1 assistant buyer): Production and processing of cheques for France and SG African subsidiaries. Money transfers (Western Union, Swift and processing of domestic transfers)

    Between 40 and 50% of the sourcing activity is provided for SG foreign subsidiaries.

  • Societe Generale Group - Corporate buyer - Logistics

    PARIS 2009 - 2011 Group buyer in Charge of several sourcing categories : ( average 40M€ Spend/year and 5M€ annual savings)

    Debt Collection in Europe (Except France): Building up of a new sourcing category by bringing together the group expert in order to optimise the debt collection outsourced activity within the Group.
    Setting up of workshops in order to define the services required, SLAs and KPIs as well as remuneration schemes.
    The first wave of RFQ involved 10 countries in Europe.

    Guarding : Panel optimisation for SG branch network in France.
    Introduction of cash incentives for headquarters contracts to drive the service providers into performing organisational optimisations

    Multiservice (Cleaning and light technical maintenance) : Implementation of a combined service of cleaning and tech maintenance for all the Group branches in France (SG and Credit du Nord). More than 15 RFQs were performed and hundreds of answers were submitted within 2 years. This project allowed me to fully automise the sourcing process by providing:
    - standardised Specs, RFQs and negotiation supports
    - semi automatised analysis through auto scoring of the answers in Ariba - - esourcing platform (60% of the answers automatically scored)
    - industrialised e- reversed auctions for final negotiation (up to 8 auctions per day)

    Cleaning : evolution of the specs for headquarters cleaning services (over 9000 desks) in order to transform it into a 100% result oriented specs.
    Frequences and means are no longer described in the contract. The buildings are segmented per zones and sub zones with gradual criticity in terms of cleaning needs. the wole specs is driven by a common monitoring systems assessing the results achieved and the penalties asociated

    Archive management : Setting up of a global frame agreement with one of the world leader in terms of Archive management covering the needs of the entire Group (Except France and Africa)

  • BRD Groupe Societe Generale, Romania - Sourcing Project Manager Infrastructure and Banking Technologies

    2005 - 2009 BRD is part of Societe Generale Group since 1999 and operates as the 2nd largest Bank in Romania. With a network of more than 900 agencies all over the country and more than 9,000 employees, BRD doubled its size in less than 3 years.

    The Sourcing Department as a sole dedicated entity was created in September 2004.

    I joined the BRD sourcing team in February 2005 through a Volunteer program (French VIE). The team counts now 9 people devided in 3 domains of sourcing categories.

    My professional experience:

    May 2007 - Feb 2009:
    Sourcing Project Manager for the "Infrastructure and Banking technologies" categories

    Categories covered:

    - Payment services (ATMs, POS, Cards and associated)
    - Security and Cash in transit
    - Technical Maintenance
    - Office equipment (aside IT)
    - Car fleet
    - Telephony (fixed and mobile)

    Feb2005/Feb2007
    (VIE)Buyer at BRD Groupe Société Générale

    Missions: Responsible for the whole payment services Category (ATMs, Terminals and related, Cards), Responsible for Cash in transit category (Value transportation in house and outsourced) and responsible for the telephony category (Landlines and GSM services).
    Expenses portfolio covered: more than 15MEuros/year.
    - Setting up of RFQs, identification of new suppliers,negotiations on local and international scope.
    - Helped to adapt the BRD purchasing structure to the Société Générale Group sourcing Policy.
    - Upgraded the negotiation means for the whole BRD Sourcing Department.

  • Societe Generale Group - Internship in Sourcing Division

    PARIS 2004 - 2005 Jul2004/Feb2005
    Internship at Société Générale Group Sourcing Division in Paris La Défense, France.
    Missions: Buyer in the Electronic and Payment Services Dept (ATMs, Cards and Point of Sales).
    - Setting up an RFQ for P.O.S for the Group’s foreign subsidiaries (mainly in Eastern Europe).
    - Creation of a user guide aimed at the Group’s foreign subsidiaries in order to help them apply the new conditions negotiated at Group’s level.
