    Create and implement spend Management tools; “Purchase tracker”, to pilot (at a proactive level) and report sourcing performances on each project (QCD and impact P&L), still used after 5 years. RFQ follow up tool, offers comparison tool and prices breakdown tool
    Source negotiate and implement 10 M€ of spend in LCC for Chillers, Switchboards and transformers.
