I am a senior HR Technology & Processes Project Manager with an extensive International experience. I am happy when managing project in very challenging environments.

With 20 years of practice in the area of people related information technology (HRIS) in high-tech and pharma industries, I have a significant track record of solutions deployment together with a strong focus in Talent Management processes review and re-engineering.

I always have a strong international and multicultural exposure and like this!

I am also a passionate social media advisor. I am counselling groups of job seekers in their approach to social networking strategy (eReputation, LinkedIn, Social Media in general, etc.).
