  • Dassault Systemes - R&D Engineer in Additive Manufacturing

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2016 - maintenant I am working on the brand new Dassault Systèmes software: Additive Manufacturing Engineer/Programmer. As a part of the software programming, I have to develop parameters and features to improve the Powder Bed Fusion process such as:
    - Implementation of strategies for "skin" regions.
    - Development of a physical model to quickly visualize the molten powder during the process.
  • Dassault Systèmes - Additive Manufacturing

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2016 - 2016 6-month internship on the Powder Bed Fusion process:
    On collaboration with another Dassault Systèmes team based in the USA, I had to optimize the laser path by using iterative loops in function of piece’s thermal and strain results. I wrote a MSc thesis on how to tackle the residual stress issue by implementing new scanning strategies and parameters.

    I have participated in the release of the first version of the brand new Dassault Systèmes software: Additive Manufacturing Engineer/Programmer. Indeed, I programmed new parameters (scanning & machine) and strategies for the Scan Path computation.
  • Airbus Group - IT Tool : Development & Implementation

    Blagnac 2015 - 2015 I wrote a general documentation explaining how to use SharePoint and how the existing IT tools were designed. Then I did several upgrades and I carried on further developments of existing tools (e.g. digital SQCDP). In tandem, I documented those new functionalites in order to ease the maintenance of the tool.
    Before leaving, I prepared and managed my successor (VIE) during his starting phase - 2 weeks.

    GRAULHET 2014 - 2014 As part of a European project, I designed a 3D application which simulates solar irradiation on solar panels given geolocalisation and geometry of panels. I developped it with VBA and Javascript.
