    2011 - 2012 On a temporary assignment :
    Lead all NSA integration effort in a contaxt of a global company business integration including system harmonization (SAP and non-SAP).
    This covered all phases from Blueprint (Inventory of NSA/Interfaces, Strategy definition, Scope SIgnoff), Realization (Build of NSA and interfaces, functional tests cycles, Cutover test, Data, Job scheduling), Final Prep, Go live & Support (Cutover, Business support, Transition to Support).
    This also covered the financial management of this part of the program

    2010 - 2015 Responsible for the SAP Project Methodology and Tools for the EMEA Region.

    Manage the design and implementation of a global and renewed Microsoft based systems framework including, Active Directory, Exchange, SMS, Instant Messaging, a global remote dialer solution (IPASS), XP, Office 2003 and ultimately the Kraft first global desktop environment (eDesk). The dimension of this program is as follows:
