Assisted the deployment of SAP Software (1500+ users) and MES software in various sites in France, Canada and UK. Made regular trips to sites, worked in Canada (Greater Toronto Area) on-site with a Canadian work permit. Responsible for:
-Advancement dashboards, Plannings, MS Project.
-Risk Management.
-Managing project documentation.
- Organise/Prepare/lead weekly deployment meetings around sites.
-Monitor project progress, highlighting critical issues.
-Assist in establishing drumbeat and in issue-solving.
Gained knowledge in all domains involved for SAP deployment (i.e: Data Migration from legacies system to SAP, Solution specifics developments, SAP Training, Change Management, IT and IS requirements, Integration with others softwares and projects...) in addition to Project Management skills.

Negociated with suppliers.
Also studied recyclability of industrial waste, studied optimisation of water consumption in a factory workshop, elaborated a cleaning protocol for a new machine.
