    2017 - maintenant AXA Wealth Services is a start-up, subsidiary of AXA France established in 2015, that develop, deliver and support tailored solutions for top of the line savings products through a new servicing model, a commercial offer based on digital offer and new dedicated tools. The offer targets directly the client through various distribution networks
    Responsibilities: Reporting to the IT Quality Manager and the Head of Solution Delivery, I am working with the different stakeholders to manage the IT impacts based on the new target business processes. I am also taking a leading role in the solution design and implementation with the Design Authority and the development team using AGILE methodology.
  • AXA Life Invest - Architect

    Nanterre 2013 - 2016 AXA Life Invest, established in 2008, develops, delivers and supports guaranteed investment products (``variable
    annuities)'' through an integrated, transversal operating model and via partnerships with banks in markets
    outside of the United States and Japan. Headquartered in Dublin and sponsored by the AXA Group it currently
    employs over 200 people.

    Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Head of Solution Delivery, I am taking a leading role in
    the solution architecture and assisting the chief architect for the enterprise architecture and business,
    information systems and infrastructure architecture for AXA Life Invest, taking a role in its strategic direction. I
    am involved the quality of its design and implementation, establishing the relationship with the vendor of the
    policy administration system.

    * New Product Architecture (NPA): implementation of long-term architecture to support fast launch of
    business capabilities, as well as technologic features, in accordance with AXA Life Invest's Product
    Management System (PMS). Challenging vendor's solution to match AXA Life Invest blueprint vision
    * FRv4: implementation of new product for French market, on the base of NPA. Maintain the long-term
    architecture initiated for UKv5, supporting Digital Strategy initiative
    * UKv5: implementation of new product for the UK market, on the base of NPA. Requirements review with
    Business Analysts, leading review of functional and technical design provided by vendor, Quality
    Assurance support, procedures definition.
    * Knowledge Transfer: GraphTalk AIA expert. Preparing plan, workshop and documentation to provide
    training to the IT and Service teams during classroom and day-to-day training
    * GraphTalk AIA review: Report initiated by AXA Life Invest Management Committee to investigate
    functional and technical architecture to support the business model and how the overall software
    development process aligns with AXA Life Invest' requirements. Improvement opportunities study

    2007 - 2012 AXA France (Paris): Architect and domain leader on interfaces (event logs,
    inventory), full implementation of data warehouse (AIA 4.21/GT 3.31/Oracle 10), commissions and distributor management, design and implementation of AXA France system integration with policy administration system, including AIA stock module, event log, web services. Management of ETL developers team. Production launch, Change Request Management, Support and Evolution achieved.
