J'ai un profil de gestionnaire très généraliste (Gestion comptable, marketing, analyse financière) avec une spécialisation approfondie en système d'information, achats, logistique et supply chain management

    Plastic sector (polyurethane moulding / Sheet moulding compression / plastic injection for automotive sector)

    • Sales distribution planner : Guarantee on time deliveries and develop global performance plant

    - Demand planning and Customer service supervision
    - EDI implementation with customers in automotive sector (key user and main coordinator)
    - Creation of KPI and monitoring tools from Month+1 to Month+6
    - Implement basic tools on Forecast accuracy with main customers
    - Finished Good Inventory monitoring in quantity and value (on daily and monthly basis)
    - Special containerization and palletisation
    - Back up on cutomers claims and in charge of main customers’ business relation
    - Team management (3 administrators)

    • Production planner : Define workload and production plan according to cost/quality/leadtime targets

    2006 - 2007 Personal System Group business unit located in Grenoble (38) France.

    • Business planner:
    - Long term forecasts and Demand planning
    - Roadmap design with marketing department
    - NPI Engineering: Ensure the end to end ramp of the product for consumer business from a worldwide view
    - Planning packaging, accessories (Printers and Speakers)
    - Stock monitoring and replenishment.

    - Customers requirements Management (special palletization and shipments)

    • Re-engineering Process Project: =>Redesign all planning and production processes for the Bundle Business
    (Bundle = HP package offer: PC + Monitor + Accessories)

    Mission: Integrate this business in the Hewlett Packard « Weekly Process ».
    End to End analysis of the Supply Chain, make description of the organization and people involved,
    gaps analysis, improvement suggestions and tools implementation.

    • Program Leader: Outsourcing Project « Bundles in China ».
    Mission: Design new material and demand processes from a business planning perspective
    Manage the New Product Introduction process in China: Pilot Run before Mass Production
    Ensure inbound deliveries with our logistic partner and outbound shipments

  • EDF Centrale Nucléaire de Cruass-Meysse (07) - Responsible for Technical and Economical study

    2006 - 2006 • Project: P.G.A.C « Prestation Assistance Globale Chantier »

    Assignment: In charge of a technical and economical analysis in nuclear logistics
    => Define the best way to manage the park of material handling:
    Compare the outsourcing solution with a potential renewal
    (Technical characteristics: 40 forklifts from 3 to 36 Tones)

    - Define the economical park value of the current park to investigate the resale
    - Define needs for each logistic department through a survey (treatment on SPHINX Software)
    (Number of machines, availability, maintenance…)
    - Negotiation with logistic providers on price, renting solution or leasing...
    - Suppliers selection in accordance with the financial and technical requirements
    - Synthesis of this analysis and presentation to the steering committee.
    (My recommendations have been validated and put in practice in 7 french local areas in the next three years)
