    2007 - 2008 Pata Negra House is a small food business dedicated to the Iberian Ham and other Spanish fine food.

    I have developped the business towards the prestigious Hotels and Restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau, with an increase of the turnover of more than 50% in just five months.

    In an very autonomous way I follow up the portfolio of clients and find some new ones amongst the top restaurants.

    I also manage the inventory and the purchasing with our suppliers in Spain.

    2006 - 2007 In this gathering of independent vintners of Bordeaux and South West of France, I'm dedicated to prepare, organize and manage a new website for selling wine to final customers.
    I'm supervising all steps from the map of the website to the logistic and expedition chain, including advertising.


    This website will include hundreds of wines from independent vintners, a special page for posting comments and tasting notes and some pairing food and french recipes.
