    Key assignment: Definition and implementation of IT Solutions strategy, transformation plan and target organisation, delivering premium technology solutions, cost reductions, efficiencies and an IT function aligned to Euronext strategy.
  • NYSE Euronext - Euronext Separation IT Lead

    Paris 2012 - 2014 Following the announcement of ICE acquiring NYSE Euronext and their strategy to IPO Continental Europe, I led Euronext IT separation:
    • Definition of the high level impact analysis and separation plan, including financial statements, resources and high level IT Target Operating Model in preparation of the IPO
    • Management of associated communication (ExCo, Regulators, etc.)
    • Launch of the Separation Program (20 000 Man Days)
  • NYSE Euronext - Transformation Program Office Lead

    Paris 2012 - 2012 Global Transformation Program (Europe/US) in order to improve IT global operating efficiency with initiatives in 6 areas: Excellence in development, in operations, Architecture simplification, Asset utilisation, Stability & performance, Governance & Organisation.
    • Reporting to the group CIO, definition of Program scope, governance, organisation, processes, tools and associated Financial models of all initiatives (incl. offshoring & near-shoring)
    • Overseeing all projects and identifying cross-projects dependencies, Consolidation & Reporting, Communication & KPIs
  • NYSE Euronext - Cash Program Director

    Paris 2006 - 2012 Member of the Global Program Managing team, including one Manager of each country (FR, UK, US) as well as member of the FR Management Committee. FR Project team from 7 to 20 Project managers & Program Management Officer. Programs from 10 to 20 000 Man days/Year

    • Director of strategic technology Programs for NYSE European Cash Business
    • Management of the overall relationship with NYSE European Cash Business, including roadmap definition, budget elaboration, reporting to Program & Steering Committees
    • Implementation of Global Management Office in order to standardise projects’ processes and tools accross countries (FR, UK, US)
    • Management of IT Project management team including organisation, recruitement, team reduction, objectives set-up, appraisals

    Bezons 2005 - 2006 Missions
    • Paris Account Manager: management of the pre-sales team, in charge of building the IT proposals for Euronext (including development projects and new hardware implementation), management of the pre-sales process and associated meetings with the customer (review of status, questions, negotiation).
    • London Contract & Account Management: part time in London, set-up of a contractual and commercial relationship with Euronext Liffe to manage their technology services (previously managed as an internal IT department)

    Bezons 2003 - 2004 Negociation & management of the Technology contracts between Euronext and AtosEuronext joint-venture, in charge of providing outsourced Technology run services (datacenter, infrastructure, run, application maintenance) as well as new projects (specs, development, tests, hardware purchase, implementation).
