Following the announcement of ICE acquiring NYSE Euronext and their strategy to IPO Continental Europe, I led Euronext IT separation:
• Definition of the high level impact analysis and separation plan, including financial statements, resources and high level IT Target Operating Model in preparation of the IPO
• Management of associated communication (ExCo, Regulators, etc.)
• Launch of the Separation Program (20 000 Man Days)
