En résumé

Five years of experience as survey and positioning specialist for offshore industry. Work in different cultural and geographical environments (several offshore operations onboard vessels). Follow-up / training of new beginners inside the Survey department. Good communications skills allow me to manage the survey subcontractors and the client interfaces during project including but not limited to management of operations, logistics, technical and commercial issues.
One and half year of experience as subsea subcontracting engineer for subsea tenders, brings me a flexibility in thinking and action and a multi-disciplinary approach.

  • Technip Houston - Survey Specialist

    2009 - 2011 Responsible of all the survey activities for the Jubilee project in Ghana including engineering, client and subcontractor relationship, interface and management during offshore and onshore (metrology, spool fabrication) operation.

  • Technip France - Survey and Positioning Engineer

    Paris 2006 - 2009 Technip installs all subsea equipments from pipes to structures in order to develop an entire production field for the oil company.

    The function of the survey engineer is to help the installation engineer to perform their job:
    - Pre-survey to recover the soil data (bathymetry, obstacles...)
    - Survey of the lines and structures installed
    - Installation and planification of the positioning methods (GPS,USBL,LBL array...)

  • ECA - Study Engineer

    Toulon 2004 - 2004 Engineer for the project: AUV ALISTAR 3000.

    Research of the adapted sensors for the vehicles and tests at sea.
    Research of sensors suppliers, rental society.

    Development of algorithms for subsea obstacles detection in order to improve the "autonomous" function of the AUV.

    PARIS 2004 - 2006 Management of "SER"(Signature Equivalente Radar)measurement.
